Do you need a team building event, some time away from the office or just want to try something new? Darwin Waterfront Warriors Dragon offers opportunities for corporate, social, and other community groups to enjoy the experience of dragon boating.

A normal session takes approximately one and a half hours, including time on the water of around forty-five minutes.

Dragon boating is the ultimate team sport. A typical dragon-boating experience will include:

• Names checked off against requisite forms

• On land briefing and safety instructions

• Skills and techniques introduction

• Equipment, including life jackets for those that are not water confident

• Line up and pairing

• Launch boat

• On water drills including boat balancing and safety briefing

• Paddling, including technique exercises, short and long paddling and possible racing if there is more than one boat involved in the session: and

• Off water warm down and pack up

Ideal for corporate groups training, team building, conference events or a super fun competition of Dragon Boat Races.

Everyone paddling to get to know you whilst team bonding. Up to 15 employees per Dragon Boat.

The session takes place at Cullen Bay Marina which is also home to a range of indoor and outdoor dining options for after your team building event.
